Oliver Marsh
Founder & Director
Oliver Marsh founded Luxark with a clear purpose: to build a company centred on professionalism, trust and exceptional customer care.
From a young age, Oliver was driven by a desire to serve others. His original ambition was a career in the Royal Marines, but a long-term injury led him in a different direction. The values that inspired that path have stayed at the heart of his approach: integrity, discipline and putting people first.
With over a decade of experience in customer-facing roles, Oliver has developed a strong passion for helping people, building meaningful relationships and delivering a high standard of service. Throughout his career, he has come to believe that trust is earned through honesty, transparency and genuine care for every individual.
These principles became the foundation of Luxark, and they shape an experience where clients feel informed, supported and valued at every step.
